- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Gradually add warm water and olive oil until a dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, chop, and mix with chicken ham, mozzarella, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- After dough has risen, punch it down, divide into 6 portions, and roll each into a 6-inch circle.
- Place filling on one half of each dough circle, fold over to create a half-moon shape, and seal edges.
- Beat egg and brush over the tops of the calzones for a golden crust.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Air fry calzones in batches for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
