  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts fresh or frozen, thawed and patted dry
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or replace with cooking spray
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or substitute with garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme or your favorite dried herbs

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming and halving them. Pat the chicken breasts dry.
  2. In a bowl, coat the chicken breasts with sweet chili sauce and seasonings. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and seasonings.
  4. Place the coated chicken and seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove the cooked chicken and Brussels sprouts, allow them to rest for a few minutes, then serve hot.
