- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice with half of the olive oil or melted butter, mixing until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle remaining olive oil or melted butter, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in the greased baking dish and spread the Boursin mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
