Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice with half of the olive oil or melted butter, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle remaining olive oil or melted butter, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place salmon fillets in the greased baking dish and spread the Boursin mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
