Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions, usually 15-20 minutes, then fluff and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth; set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground turkey, and cook until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle in half of the bang bang sauce, stirring to coat.
  7. To assemble, place jasmine rice in bowls and top with turkey and vegetable mixture.
  8. Drizzle remaining sauce over bowls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
