Cooking Steps
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions, usually 15-20 minutes, then fluff and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground turkey, and cook until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drizzle in half of the bang bang sauce, stirring to coat.
- To assemble, place jasmine rice in bowls and top with turkey and vegetable mixture.
