Preparation Steps

  3. In another bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until fully coated.
  4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds, wrapped in a damp paper towel.
  5. Assemble the wraps by laying the tortilla flat, adding dressed romaine and buffalo chicken mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end, tucking in the sides to secure filling.
