Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare ingredients for efficient cooking.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, rotini pasta, corn, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, black pepper, milk, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs evenly over the cheese layer.
