  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley other herbs can be substituted
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
For the Wraps
  • 4 pieces low-carb tortillas or wraps collard greens or lettuce leaves can be used
  • 1 tbsp olive oil avocado oil is a good replacement

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and let warm for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until well-blended.
  3. Distribute the filling mixture evenly along the center of each tortilla, then roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the preheated skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, remove from skillet, let cool briefly, then slice diagonally to serve.
