Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sauté diced onions and garlic in the skillet until onions are translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain.
  6. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, beef mixture, cheddar, mozzarella, and sour cream. Mix well.
  7. Pour mixture into the greased baking dish and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
