Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugars and eggs until light and fluffy, then mix in vanilla.

  5. Chill the dough for 30 minutes covered with plastic wrap.
  6. Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl for the coating.
  7. Form 1-inch balls from the chilled dough and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Place the cookie balls on the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
