Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  7. Flatten a tablespoon of cookie dough in your palm, place a dollop of filling in the center and fold around it to form a ball.
  8. Space cookie balls on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden, and centers are slightly soft.
