  • 1/2 cup Yogurt optional
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar or Sugar-Free Alternative
  • 2 cups Strawberries fresh or thawed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste optional
For Serving
  • 1 cup Coconut Whipped Cream optional
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries or Crumbled Cookies for garnishing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients. If using cream cheese, let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the stems from the strawberries and puree them in a blender until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed strawberries, softened cream cheese or coconut cream, yogurt, and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
