  1. Begin by finely dicing the chicken breast into small, even pieces; heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and sauté the chicken for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic over medium heat; stir well and let the mixture simmer for 4-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C); carefully drop in wonton wrappers and fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Spoon the cooked chicken into each crispy wonton shell; drizzle teriyaki glaze over the chicken, and top with shredded cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds.
