For Frying
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil Hot oil

  • 1 lime Lime Wedges

  1. Prep Coating Mixtures: Prepare three bowls: mix flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in one. Beat eggs in the second. Mix coconut with panko in the third.
  2. Coat Shrimp: Dip each shrimp in the flour mix, then egg wash, and finally roll in the coconut-panko mix, pressing gently to adhere.
  3. Fry Shrimp: Heat oil in a skillet. Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve: Arrange shrimp on a serving platter and garnish with lime wedges.
