Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gently pat dry the burrata balls using a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Arrange three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt, one with beaten eggs, one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each burrata ball in flour, then dip in eggs, followed by rolling in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. In a frying pan, heat 1-2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the breaded burrata balls in small batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove the fried burrata with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, and mix until smooth.
  8. Arrange fried burrata on a platter, garnish with cilantro, and serve with the spicy sauce.
