  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Adjust to spice preference.
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prep the baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the battered coating and whisk until well combined.
  3. Marinate the chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Dredge each marinated chicken tenderloin in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in Frank's RedHot®; allow to simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Toss the fried chicken tender bites in the prepared sauce until fully coated.
  8. Serve immediately on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
