- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the battered coating and whisk until well combined.
- Marinate the chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for at least 10 minutes.
- Dredge each marinated chicken tenderloin in the flour mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
