- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8” baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Melt the Chocolates: In a double boiler, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Incorporate Marshmallows: Remove from heat and stir in mini marshmallows for about 1 minute until evenly distributed.
- Flavor the Fudge: Stir in vanilla extract and combine well.
- Pour and Spread: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly, pressing remaining marshmallows on top.
- Chill to Set: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Cut into Squares: Use overhanging foil to remove fudge, cut into squares.
- Drizzle with Chocolate: Melt remaining chocolate chips and drizzle over squares, allowing to cool before serving.
