- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough on the prepared baking sheet.
- Layer slices of brie and apple on the wide end of each crescent triangle.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the filling if desired.
- Starting from the wide end, roll the dough towards the tip to form a crescent shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
