Making Cherry Earl Grey Milk Tea
- Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Once boiling, add 2 tablespoons of Earl Grey tea leaves or 2 standard tea bags and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea into a separate bowl or pitcher, discarding the leaves or tea bags.
- Return the tea to the saucepan and stir in 1/4 cup of cherry syrup and sugar to taste, heating gently until dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of your choice of milk into the tea mixture and stir gently until fully combined.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the creamy tea mixture over the ice cubes and serve immediately.

Allow the tea to cool slightly before adding milk to prevent curdling. Adjust sweetness by adding more cherry syrup or sugar as desired.
