  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated is preferred

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can also be used
  • Black Pepper Adjust to taste

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions, typically 9-11 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
