Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Roll out the puff pastry until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard evenly across the surface of the rolled-out pastry.
  4. Distribute the slices of ham across the pastry, then add a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Starting from one edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log and pinch to seal the edges.
  6. Chill the rolled log in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch pinwheels and arrange them on a prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
