Preparation Steps

  2. Add more oil if needed and crumble in 8 ounces of breakfast sausage. Cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Whisk together 6 large eggs, 1/4 cup whole milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into the hot skillet and gently stir as the eggs set. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softly scrambled.
  4. Divide the crispy hash browns into bowls, layer with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, shredded cheese, salsa, and avocado.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro. Serve warm and enjoy customization.
