Method

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and have your baking pan ready.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool on a clean towel.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Fold in crab, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes, cooking 2-3 more minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Grease your baking pan with olive oil. Start layering with noodles, followed by cheese mixture, shrimp and crab mixture, and a drizzle of Alfredo. Repeat for two more layers, finishing with noodles and Alfredo on top.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Add breadcrumbs for crunch.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
