Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and have your baking pan ready.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the lasagna noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool on a clean towel.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Fold in crab, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes, cooking 2-3 more minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Grease your baking pan with olive oil. Start layering with noodles, followed by cheese mixture, shrimp and crab mixture, and a drizzle of Alfredo. Repeat for two more layers, finishing with noodles and Alfredo on top.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Add breadcrumbs for crunch.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
