Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, coconut sugar, ground flax, and salt.
  2. Add melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ⅛ inch thick.
  4. Cut the rolled dough into rectangles approximately 3.5" x 0.75".
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
