- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of whipped topping and 1 box of dry vanilla pudding mix. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in 1 cup of drained crushed pineapple and 1 cup of drained mandarin oranges to the mixture gently.
- Add in 1 cup of pastel mini marshmallows and 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (if desired). Fold carefully into the mixture.
