Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent and tender.

  4. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Incorporate diced zucchini and drained chickpeas, mixing to combine.
  6. Season with ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until zucchini is tender but holds its shape.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
