Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 16-20 pieces Large Shrimp deveined and butterflied
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil adds moisture and helps spices stick

For the Filling
  • 8 oz Crab Meat lump or claw
  • 1 cup Cooked Spinach chopped
  • 6 oz Chopped Artichokes
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard for tangy kick
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs gluten-free options available
  • 8 oz Cheese e.g., mozzarella and pepper jack
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs like parsley or chives
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice & Zest adds brightness
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic for sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Dill chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking your stuffed shrimp.
  2. Season the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Prepare the filling by mixing crab meat, cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, Italian breadcrumbs, cheese, minced garlic, dried herbs, and lemon juice & zest.
  4. Stuff each shrimp with the prepared crab mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until shrimp turn opaque and the filling is lightly golden.
  6. While baking, prepare the garlic butter sauce by melting butter, then adding minced garlic and dill.
  7. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over baked shrimp and serve hot.
