- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking your stuffed shrimp.
- Season the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Prepare the filling by mixing crab meat, cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, mayonnaise, Italian breadcrumbs, cheese, minced garlic, dried herbs, and lemon juice & zest.
- Stuff each shrimp with the prepared crab mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until shrimp turn opaque and the filling is lightly golden.
- While baking, prepare the garlic butter sauce by melting butter, then adding minced garlic and dill.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over baked shrimp and serve hot.
