Cooking Instructions
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- While the pasta cooks, prepare the chicken. Toss bite-sized pieces of chicken in a blend of paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes, then stir in minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and melt it over medium heat. Sauté a bit more minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into a smooth sauce.
- Combine the drained pasta and creamy sauce in the skillet, tossing gently, and return the garlic butter chicken bites to combine thoroughly.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan.

Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients and adjust seasoning according to your preference. Remember to reserve pasta water for sauce consistency.
