Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
- In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cook until the beef is no longer pink. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before mixing in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into squares, approximately 3x3 inches. In the center of each square, place a spoonful of the filling, then fold the corners of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal completely.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they’re not touching.
- Melt butter in a small bowl and brush the top of each bomb. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are puffed and golden brown.
- Once baked, remove the bombs from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
