  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan For sprinkling over the glaze

Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a greased loaf pan or lined baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the meatloaf ingredients until combined. Avoid overmixing.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan, sauté the minced garlic, then stir in Parmesan and parsley to create the glaze.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley.
