Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
- Layer a sheet of phyllo dough into the baking dish, brushing it with melted butter. Repeat for a total of six sheets.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the phyllo layers. Layer the remaining phyllo sheets on top, brushing with butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- After baking, cool for 10 minutes, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
