Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
  2. Layer a sheet of phyllo dough into the baking dish, brushing it with melted butter. Repeat for a total of six sheets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the phyllo layers. Layer the remaining phyllo sheets on top, brushing with butter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
  6. After baking, cool for 10 minutes, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
