Ingredients
  

For the Marinade

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and ground cumin until the mixture is creamy and fragrant.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, making sure each piece is fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat Your Cooking Method
  1. For grilling, set your grill to medium-high heat. If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). For pan-searing, heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the Chicken
  1. If grilling, place the marinated chicken tenders on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. For pan-searing, add the tenders to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. If baking, arrange the chicken tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Rest and Serve
  1. Allow the chicken tenders to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving garnished with fresh parsley or dill.
