- Wash and slice strawberries into thin rounds and cut other fruits into 6-inch matchsticks. Arrange the fruits on a plate.
- Fill a shallow dish with hot water. Submerge one rice paper wrapper for about 10 seconds until it feels soft and pliable.
- Carefully remove the soaked rice paper from the water and lay it flat on a clean plate.
- In the center of the moistened wrapper, layer the fruit slices and matchsticks.
- Fold one edge of the rice paper over the fruit, tuck in both sides, and continue rolling tightly.
- Continue the process with the remaining rice paper wrappers and fruits until all ingredients are used.
