Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Fill a shallow dish with hot water. Submerge one rice paper wrapper for about 10 seconds until it feels soft and pliable.
  3. Carefully remove the soaked rice paper from the water and lay it flat on a clean plate.
  4. In the center of the moistened wrapper, layer the fruit slices and matchsticks.
  5. Fold one edge of the rice paper over the fruit, tuck in both sides, and continue rolling tightly.
