  1. Wash and remove the stems from about 1 pound of fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth.
  2. Set a mesh strainer over a pot and strain the blended strawberry liquid to catch pulp and seeds.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the strained juice and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Let it bloom for 3 minutes.
