- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a round baking pan generously with butter or cooking spray.
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Slowly add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the butter-sugar-egg mixture, alternating with the full-fat coconut milk.
