Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the well. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the kneaded dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1.5 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
  6. Once risen, punch the dough down, divide into two portions, shape into balls, and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
