Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Combine hot honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Add chicken thighs to marinade, ensuring thorough coating. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Slice zucchini into half-moons, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer marinated chicken to the sheet pan, arrange zucchini around it.
  6. Drizzle remaining marinade over chicken and zucchini.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and zucchini is tender.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
  9. Serve warm, optionally with rice or quinoa.
