- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a large loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted peanut butter, sugar, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract; fold these into your wet mixture. Gradually add in all-purpose flour, mixing until no dry flour remains.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally, place banana slices on top for garnish.
- Bake for 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- After baking, cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Prepare the peanut butter drizzle by microwaving creamy peanut butter for 30 seconds and stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the top of the cooled bread, slice, and enjoy!
