- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet, sauté minced garlic for a minute, then add shrimp, cooking until pink, about 3–4 minutes. Mix in crab meat, seasoned with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, sauté for 2–3 more minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, one cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer a thin layer of Alfredo sauce, three noodles, followed by cheese mixture, seafood mix, and more sauce. Repeat until layers are formed, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce.
- Top with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella, add breadcrumbs if desired. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and serve with salad and garlic bread.
