Ingredients
  

For the Lasagna Layers
  • 12 oz Lasagna Noodles gluten-free works well
  • 1 cup Crab Meat imitation crab is a budget-friendly substitute
  • 1 lb Shrimp or use scallops for variety
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese lower-fat alternatives can be used
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese cottage cheese can be a substitute
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese use extra for a golden crust
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream substitute with milk for a lighter version
For the Sauce and Seasoning
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce homemade with butter and garlic is recommended
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes optional, adjust to taste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced, adjust based on preference
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or any neutral oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper adjust salt to preference
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping optional, skip for softer texture

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, sauté minced garlic for a minute, then add shrimp, cooking until pink, about 3–4 minutes. Mix in crab meat, seasoned with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, sauté for 2–3 more minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, half of the Parmesan, one cup of mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. In a baking dish, layer a thin layer of Alfredo sauce, three noodles, followed by cheese mixture, seafood mix, and more sauce. Repeat until layers are formed, finishing with noodles and Alfredo sauce.
  6. Top with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella, add breadcrumbs if desired. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley and serve with salad and garlic bread.
