Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Unroll phyllo pastry, keeping it covered with a damp cloth. Brush two sheets with olive oil and slice into strips.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of the filling on one end of each phyllo strip, fold edges in, and roll tightly.
  5. Bake rolls seam-side down, brushing tops with olive oil, for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a small saucepan, warm honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice over low heat for about 3-5 minutes.
