Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of self-raising flour with 5 oz of sweetened Greek yogurt and stir until a soft dough forms.
  2. Gently knead the dough for 1-2 minutes on a floured surface until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into two halves, roll into logs, cut into bite-sized pieces, and roll each into a ball.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes and lightly brush the basket with oil.
  5. Toss the doughnut balls in melted butter, place in the air fryer basket, and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from air fryer, dip in melted butter, and roll in the granulated sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  7. Serve warm, either plain or drizzled with melted chocolate.
