  1. In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low-medium heat. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and lightly golden.
  2. Gradually pour in 1 cup of heavy cream while stirring constantly. Allow to warm for about 2-3 minutes until steaming, not boiling.
