Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by placing graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag and crushing them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or your hands. Set aside mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
- On a clean surface, lay out your flour tortillas and spread a generous layer of softened butter evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Place one tortilla butter-side down onto a preheated Blackstone griddle set to medium-low heat. Sprinkle half the tortilla with mini marshmallows, followed by chocolate pieces and a dusting of crushed graham crackers. Top with the second tortilla, butter-side up.
- Let the quesadilla cook on the griddle for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden-brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the griddle, let cool for a minute, and slice into wedges. Optionally dust with powdered sugar and serve with milk or vanilla ice cream.

Notes
Maintain medium-low heat for even cooking and avoid overstuffing to prevent messy oozing during the flip.
