Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, dried onion flakes, thyme, and paprika.
  3. Add the olive oil, water, and tomato puree to the dry mixture; stir until a sticky dough forms.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about ⅙ inch (4mm) thickness.
  5. Using a 1-inch (2.5 cm) cookie cutter, cut the dough into circles.
  6. Transfer the cut crackers to the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the edges turn light golden.
  7. Turn off the oven, leaving the crackers inside for an additional 3-4 minutes to crisp up.
  8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the mini pizza crackers cool for about 15 minutes.
