  • 1/3 cup Smooth Biscoff Spread Heated slightly for swirling

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter and press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Whip together eggs, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until creamy and lightened in color.
  4. Mix in melted salted butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Sift in flour, cocoa, and baking powder, and gently fold until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter over the crust, then swirl warmed Biscoff spread into the brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 22-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before lifting them out and cutting into squares.
