Step-by-Step Instructions for Monkey Muffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line muffin tins with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, canola oil, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  4. Fold in the mashed bananas into the wet mixture.
