- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and eggs. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet or loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
