  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk can substitute with plant-based milk

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter used in the glaze
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan sprinkled over glaze

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and eggs. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet or loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add minced garlic and cook briefly. Mix in Parmesan and parsley for the glaze.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
