Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Lay the low-carb tortilla flat in the pan and warm for about 1 minute.
  3. On half of the warmed tortilla, layer slices of provolone cheese.
  4. Pile on spicy salami and pepperoni over the provolone cheese.
  5. Sprinkle tangy banana peppers on top of the meats.
  6. Lightly drizzle Italian dressing over the filled ingredients.
  7. Fold the tortilla over the fillings to create a half-moon shape.
  8. Cook the folded wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  9. Once both sides are golden, remove and let cool, then slice in half.
