  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos for a soy-free option
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil olive oil can be used as an alternative
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar can substitute with apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Ground Ginger or use fresh ginger for bolder flavor
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional; adjust to taste
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions sliced; can replace with chives or omit
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds optional but recommended

Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by heating a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart while it cooks for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic with the beef, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Toss in shredded cabbage, stirring and cooking for about 5 minutes until wilted yet still slightly crunchy.
  5. Pour in soy sauce (or coconut aminos), sesame oil, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes, stirring well for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
