Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into 16 equal-sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, whisk in flour, and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Steam cauliflower florets in a boiling pot of water for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
- Blend steamed cauliflower with heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add baked meatballs to the skillet with gravy and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Serve creamy cauliflower mash on plates, topped with meatballs and gravy, and garnish with parsley.
