Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 pound Ground beef or ground turkey/chicken
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs gluten-free optional
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Gravy
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
For the Cauliflower Mash
  • 1 head Cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Shape the mixture into 16 equal-sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, whisk in flour, and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Gradually whisk in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Steam cauliflower florets in a boiling pot of water for 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
  7. Blend steamed cauliflower with heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  8. Add baked meatballs to the skillet with gravy and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  9. Serve creamy cauliflower mash on plates, topped with meatballs and gravy, and garnish with parsley.
