Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine protein powder, rolled oats, nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and ground cinnamon. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
  2. Wet your hands slightly and scoop portions to roll into bite-sized balls. Place each ball onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Place the tray in the freezer and allow them to chill for 20-30 minutes until they feel firm.
  4. Scoop white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, add coconut oil and microwave in short bursts until melted.
  5. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the chilled protein bites. Let them sit for a few minutes to set.
  6. Transfer bites into an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
